8 Weirdest Fountains in the World

Fountains are the centerpiece of any plaza. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe they date as far back as the Romans and the Greeks, all of whom celebrated the arts by adorning fountains with various sculptures and designs.

    The first one is from the University of Waterloo campus. I walk by it a lot and have never managed to figure out WTF it’s supposed to be.
