Pies. Eating them fills us with crusty jubilation. They resemble the transcendental number of Pi, 3.14159, etc. They’re perfect for any occasion, be it birthdays, holiday celebrations and even regular dinners. Thanks to their hardened crust, it’s possible—if not encouraged—to decorate every pie. Photographer Pippi Konstanski took great pictures of some pies of her creation.
