There is a certain category of people who like to call others “sheeple” when they see humans act as one another in large groups. And that, of course, has pejorative implications. So why then the discrepancy between how we perceive and even get a sort of apprehension from seeing large masses of humans going in the same direction and how we perceive herds of animals? I mean they do look fascinating when they’re many and they all want the same thing, right? And it look like we’re all living on the same planet and have pretty similar habits after all.
