If Movie Covers Reflected the Literal Title

Movie titles are often more figurative or artistic than they are meant to be taken literally.  Films such as “Shutter Island”, “The Elephant Man”, and “Lost in Translation” are all meant to tease to the substance of the film, without being a direct reference to any single thing or environment in the film.

Movie posters often reflect the actual environments, and ignore the artistic or figurative titles.  But what if the movie posters and covers were depicted based on the film’s literal title?
