I have always dreamed about the day when I will be able to get legal weed. It's less harmful than tobacco or alcohol, it can be used in the medical field and it's a lot more fun. But that day is not close cause of narrow minded people that lead our government.

You are talking just about the fun part of marijuana. It happens that I work in a marijuana rehab and I surely can testify any day of the week that weed, pot, mary jane, ganja or what ever you want to call it, can harm you.
I can subscribe to this too. Marijuana can harm your health and many people fail to understand this aspect. There are special addiction treatments that treat marijuana addictions. You are probably wondering why do we treat a marijuana addiction if marijuana is said not to be addictive… Well, keep asking yourself that:)) You will figure the answer quite quickly.

i think you need to learn a little bit more about your so called Fun substance, do you know what the word addiction actually means? maybe its ok for you but thats not the case for everyone. Rather than looking at it personally try looking at it objectively.

Harvard Medical Studies show that the THC found in cannibus (marijuana) causes cancer cells to atrophy. Therefore marijuana cures cancer. Also, there are no physically addicting properties in marijuana, the “addiction” is purely mental. Anyone can be addicted to anything if they like it alot. The marijuana addiction clinics are a sham used to keep kids out of jail. When someone is arrested for MJ possession, they usually have two options if it is a first time offence. Either go to jail or some other terrible sentance, or go to a MJ “rehabilitation” clinic so they can be brainwashed into thinking MJ is harmful. As for the smoking part, which can be harmful because you're inhaling combusted plant matter, there are alternatives that are much safer. Vaporizing comes to mind immediately. It sucks the THC out and turns it into harmless vapor, which can be inhaled with no adverse effects to the lungs. It can also be make into an oil, which can be consumed by itself or put in edibles, like cookies, bread, tea, pasta sauce, anything. And as for the part where MJ supposedly hinders your ability to operate machinery, studies have shown that people driving while they're high are much more cautious and even drive slower because they are more aware of their surroundings. It's not a good idea to drive while BLAZED, which is the same as being WASTED on alcohol, but high drivers tend to be safer than drunk drivers on the whole. Marijuana is NOT harmful. Smoking it can be. But there are ways around smoking. Anyone who thinks that MJ is harmful is truly not educated on the matter.

No need to be condescending now; look at the facts. Marijuana is not physically addictive like nicotine, rather it can be mentally addictive in the same way people can be addicted to MMORPGs and fast food. Anyone can become addicted out of habit, it is simply a human trait. In fact, caffeine is more addictive than THC and this has been shown in multiple scientific studies.

Really people, think for a second.
If they were legal and major companies such as Tobacco brands taking a hold of making Marijuana Legal they'd make simple, more efficient cigarettes.

lol here it is legal .. but u have to buy it in a coffee shop and smoke it there you don't buy the actual joint ( well u can but its way more expensive) but u get a bag of it . how i know .. because everyone knows .. i don't smoke.. just like lots of people here . the addiction thing only counts for physical just like xtc and some other party drug. its addictive in that way. but that happens only after you do it every day .. the dangerous thing about it is that it is just a small step to take hard drug like heroin and other stuff .. to get an even better effect
