Waste of money? Too much free time? Calm down. Heaven forbid our troops take a little time out from defending our country to do something fun and to show a little pride. Shame on them for building morale!

Awesome pics, thank you for sharing!

In the age of computer generated images, Its truly astounding to think of the vision, patience and dicipline needed to accomplish these compositions. Little wonder they chose soldiers for thier preferred medium. I also a torn thinking how far we have fallen from such a noble hearted age. Faults and all, we knew we were the greatest nation on earth and were proud of that fact.
  • Royal Air Force Veteran
"we knew we were the Greatest nation on earth" - Conceited much? Most people love their country, but to portray an self appreciating opinion as a fact is just a tad arrogant.

There are many other countries in this world that have achieved more in their millenia of progression than a collection of states have in their few hundred year. (I don't necessarily mean my own either).

Please don't misinterpret my response, I do not dislike the US, in fact I believe it to be a fantastic nation and enjoy visiting often. However I have universal disdain for those who proclaim themselves better than others especially when said proclamations are based on obvious falsehoods.

Back on point though, the photographs are very impressive and the artist has a lot of talent. All involved have done a wonderful job.

    You have got that right.

I flatter myself that I agree with that distinguished Lady the Nurse Myra on so many things .... aprt of course on whether Christianity would be advanced by bulldozing Lichfield Cathedral in order to provide a Bronwfiled Ste for Social Housing

BUT I have to confess that this Eagle struggles to better her most apposite observation :

    WoW
  • Wow!

woa. I guess this is what troops were doing during their downtime before they started smoking pot and listening to rock and roll?
  • rogerevans
Wonderful to see and get more understanding our troops no matter the year for we all support our country that are in the services of our country.
